Our History and Evolution
ELECSA was founded in 1957 at the initiative of Hans Gerdts Martínez (R.I.P.), a retired Navy Corvette Captain and Electrical Engineer who graduated in 1955 from the United States Navy Postgraduate School ( U.S. Naval Postgraduate School) in Monterey, California. Initially established as ELECSA LTDA. in partnership with Eng. Alfonso Galvis Gaitán, the company established itself from its beginnings as the technical benchmark for the electrical sector in Cartagena.
Over more than six decades, the organization has evolved legally and corporately to adapt to market demands.
